Typically as the name suggests window blinds are used to cover windows. These blinds have many slats that can be arranged vertical or horizontal usually made of hard materials such as metal, wood or plastic. These slats are joined with the help of cords. Window blinds perform a lot of functions such as light filtering, sheer and blackout. Window blinds can be controlled either manually or with a remote control. To control the blind, you can rotate them as per your requirement from open position to close position where slats have some space in between or they overlap and block light according to the position they are in.

Cloth stripes or cords are used to suspend the slats and they are movable to 180 degrees. Vertical blinds utilize for the most part more extensive support and cord is used to control the slats from one side, to the other side or to space them or to rotate them completely. The braces can be turned by means of a pivoting shaft that is on upper head rail lodging, which goes through autonomous equipped transporters that change over the winding of tilt rail used for revolving of each slat of the blind.

In summary Venetian blinds are very useful but could be dangerous but recent developments has made it very exciting to use especially in complexes and big buildings. It has been used centuries ago but it is again traditionally manufactured for utilization all round. It is important that we consider safety especially with the slats and the cords
